To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bayar88 and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

Bayar88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice, where it has reason to believe that:

Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of voided bonus funds) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.
